End of lease eviction

I have a sublet living with me and he's taken to smoking pot in the house (a violation of my lease and the agreement he signed when he moved in). I told him to stop several times and he refused so I issued him a notice that I was terminating the sublet in 30 days. It's only a few days til the date he's supposed to move out and he hasn't hinted at leaving, so I'm curious what steps can be taken after the lease has been cancelled to get him out of the property.
