Lock boxes suggestions or experiences

Looking to get incite into lock box options. What works trouble free? What is everyone using currently. We are looking for a way to let contractors into apartments to get work done as well as showings once complete. Would like to be able to set one time access codes or time frame to use the code(expiration date for example) Any suggestions or experiences? Thanks in advance for the help.
