When you first got into real estate..... As far as leases go, if you knew then what you know now, what would you change? What is something you wished you had in your lease that you didn't, and you learned the hard way!

 Let's just say my lease 15 years ago was two pages and my lease now is 14 pages. The difference is 12 pages of things I didn't know.
