Noob question - first time OOS Landlord

Just entered contract on my first SFR rental. It's in Memphis and I'm in Northern CA, and the plan/goal is to do this 100% from my desk at home. I'm out of my comfort zone. This is going to be great.

To those who have done this before, what is you process to manage the keys after closing?

Do you just have the agent drop them off at the PM's office? Do you have a coded lockbox installed on the property and keep the keys in there for contractors, PM, etc.?
