Cleaning Addendum
When a tenant moves in - it is a great time to start the training process as to your requirements as to the condition of the property when they leave. When we had apartments, we used a cleaning addendum attached to the lease agreement to ensure they were aware of their cleaning requirements at move-out. Since moving on to MHPs, I have not used it but still have the file out there. Thought maybe others could adopt it into their leases so have uploaded the cleaning addendum to the contracts area of file uploads. Edit it to meet your particular units.
