Anybody use CybrCollect for rent?
My local RE Association has this company listed as an affiliate. The deal seems to be pretty awesome to me (definitely too good to be true).
They offer to receive and collect on all of your rent payments and process them immediately. There are no fees of any kind. They make their money by going after tenants who give you a bad check. So if the tenant writes a bad check to you, they recover the $ for you, then take a government mandated recovery fee from the tenant.
I just did a quick search and this is the info I came up with, so I wanted to see if anybody uses this service or has any thoughts on it.
