Hi, I am new to this Area, incase if I buy a Home for Rental Property Who are responsible for paying the below costs (Renter/Owner)?

1. Property Taxes?

2. Home Insurance?

3. Pest Control?

4. HOA Cost?

5. Maintenance Issues?

6. Lawn Mowing?

Please give me clear idea ?
