Gutting an apartment...what would you add to make your life easie
As the title reads, I plan to gut an apartment. Issue is knob and tube electrical so I plan to gut everything and do it right the 1st time.
If you had the opportunity to be down to just the studs and could add those little extra things to make you life a little bit easier maintaining your rental property, what would it be?
