Getting Tenet out of house. Has been there in month

I have a duplex that I rent out by the week. Duplex is in Tennessee and the Tenet hasn’t paid for 5 week but also hasn’t been there in a month. He will text me saying he going to move out but still hasn’t. Can I move him out myself or will I have to hirer a attorney?
