Austin here, in the Denver/Aurora area would love to talk land-lording basics with any local landlords over a beer and/or appetizers....

I have not made a purchase yet but saving up and getting close, seeing that prices have been dropping I see 2020 will be my year to jump in or maybe sooner..?
