cash out refinance no income

hello Would it be possible to get a cash out refinance on 2 rental properties that are in my name and does it require proof of income and 2 year job history? because i cannot provide this information..or cash out refinance is only  allowed if  owner occupied? Because i Would really love to cash out refinance on  2 properties.fully paid off but not sure if proof of employment is required? Thanks
