FHA LOAN MAIN HOUSE QUESTION

Hi Everyone,

I'm working towards my first house hacking and I have a couple of questions. Thank you in advance.

I will be doing a FHA loan, living in an the efficiency unit and renting out the house. Does the FHA allow this or do I have to live in the main house? Also, because it is FHA, can I have a lease on the main house?
