Property Management - East cleveland (44105)

Renoy Jos Barua
Posted

Good Morning BP family,

We are planning to close on our first investment property in East Cleveland by next week. Its a 4 unit brick building with identical layout.  3 units are rented and 1 is vacant. The owner manages the property by himself. Though we live in Ohio, we require a property manager once we take over. Came across some of the PM groups, but they won't manage properties which are already occupied. Any recommendations are highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Renoy

Congrats on the deal! I just closed on my first 4 unit two weeks ago.

Thank you Ryan for the recommendations, will try them, and all the best with your investment property 😊

That's a pretty rough neighborhood man. I like Newburgh Heights which also shares the same zip code but Cleveland 44105 is what I consider to be an F-class neighborhood. For a reference as to what I mean when I say F-class neighborhood check out The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods.
