Need to evict a tenant for the first time.
I am looking for recommendations for an attorney in the Houston area to help with an eviction. I own a small commercial building and have a tenant who cannot pay his rent. I have never been thru this and would like to hire help this first time thru the process. Also, will I be able to sue for owed rent?
