Illinois Landlord Leases from BiggerPockets

Hello,

I just started using the Residential Lease Agreement (For Use in Illinois Suburbs) created by BiggerPockets.  I'm curious to see if any attorney or investor has made any tweaks to this lease, and I'm also wondering if anyone has any experience with this lease in court.  Thanks!!!
