It probably is different for different areas, different rental price points, different for the amount of homes you have, and most important all depends on the company you talk to

Rafael, where is the property located? You should try the NJ subforums. My company doesn't cover anywhere outside of Middlesex and Somerset counties but we typically charge 8-10% of gross monthly rent with no Leasing fees or junk fees included. That is very cheap though, typically it can be more than that.
