Owner move in eviction

Is there anyone familiar with the term, Owner move in eviction?

I live in Georgia and thinking about buying a property that has tenants with leases until the end of the year.

I just want to confirm that I or the current property owner can give the tenant(s) 60 days notice before I close and it wouldn't violate any laws?
