Software to manage SFH(with S8 Tenants/split payments)
Good Afternoon,
I have a couple properties and some have S8 Tenants. They are good but I would like to switch the way they pay rent. The S8 tenant rents are split. Some comes from the agency and most comes from the tenant.
My concerns are that the split payments will make it more complicated. I am not worried about the non S8 Tenants since that is straightforward.
What are your experiences on the various software to best serve this situation?
