How good is Philadelphia for Short Term Rental
I went to airDNA. They claim Philadelphia has an overall occupancy rate of 77% and a monthly income of $2825. I was wondering what real life Short Term Renters have experienced with their rentals. Also I was wondering why there is so much disparity between properties. According to airDNA some have an occupancy of 21% and another few streets away has 80%
