Can I charge more for ADA Unit?

I am building a 10-plex. I plan to make a unit ADA compliant. Since it costs more to build, am I allowed to charge more for the unit? My other non 1 bedrooms will rent for $950. What would be fair to charge for this?

What do you mean by an ADA compliant unit? I'm not an expert in ADA compliance, but my understanding is all new construction must be ADA compliant. So for example, all units and common areas must be accessible by wheelchair. In addition, all new units must be something called adaptable, which means they can be easily adapted to provide for someone with a physical disability who needs accessible features. For example, you are able to install a shower grab bar if needed. An accessible unit already has accessible features (like a shower grab bar).
