New triplex under contract

Hi everyone,

I am currently under contract for a triplex as the title says. The triplex has 2 individual 2 BR units that are rented and has tenants with almost a year left on their lease, the owner suite has 3br,2.5 bath.

I am planning to occupy the owners suite and keep the same tenants on those 2 BR units, how should I approach this? I think I have to start a new lease with the tenants? Also, I don’t know how should I corporate this? And how to get an insurance on it ?
