22 year college student looking to invest into rental properties

Hi my name is Jorge Peña,

I’m in Houston and have been looking into rental properties for a while. As a college student paying out of pocket it’s pretty tough to save up 20% for a home, for now. But would anyone recommend getting a hard money lender?

Any tips or advice would help!!
