First time LL - Letting neighbors know

Allison Fletcher
Posted

I am renting my home for the first time. I had a few applicants and feel I chose the right one.

The neighbors mostly keep to themselves, and it's not a particularly tight neighborhood (although the immediate neighbors are friendly).

I was thinking I'd write a letter letting them know I am renting and providing my contact information in case they need to contact me for anything that may be an issue. I will still be living in the area.

How did you let the neighbors know you were renting the house out (if you did)?
