I am new to the real estate investing business. I am renting a 2 br condo and bought a house that I am attempting to "house hack" with short term, airBNB renters. I have done a lot of reading of blogs and books but I'd love to hear from real local investors something they wish they did differently when starting out with the BRR (Build, Rehab, Refinance) strategy.

I would say for myself l, take more time to save more capital in the beginning and look to buy a little larger.
@Bjorik Mutize Thanks for reaching out. As of right now we are in the rehab phase of our first house. Plan on turning that to a short term rental. Then buying another house. looking for a duplex or triplex.
