Chicago Landlords! Where do you post your available rentals? I use: • Zillow Rental Manager (also includes Trulia & HotPads) • Zumper (also includes PadMapper) • Craigslist What else do you use? What has brought you success recently? What has been a waste? I didn't have success w/Domu in 2017.

I use Zillow which post to the other sites as you have suggested and always received a strong response. I'm inclined to think that if you don't get a response from Zillow then the apartment maybe overpriced or there is some other issue with the unit that needs to be addressed. There maybe some benefit with respect to the tenant pool on different sites. For example, does a person looking to rent $5000 apartment look on zillow or do they look elsewhere. I can't answer that question. My apartments don't rent for $5k(I wish!)
