Require certification of specific training done by approved dog trainer at renters expense.

renter would have the certification for its 4 legged family member , risk would be very slim and tenant landlord and ins. Co. Have worked together resolving the issue.

as a pet owner, I would be devasted to have to get rid of my dog. My animals are family members and it's cruel to break up families without trying to come up with a resolution.
