Landlord Right in NY to tow unregistered Vehicle of a Tenant

So I have a tenant who has had an unregistered vehicle which is also inoperable according to Suffolk County court on my property for well over a year. The county only discovered this in June when a neighbor called the county on the tenant for a different issue. I have already appeared in court and been served a fine for illegal storage. Question is this: I gave the tenant notice to have the vehicle registered and repaired by no later than this coming Wednesday. Per her norm...she has not done so. Does anyone know, or even know where to find, the legal information I need to determine my right to have her car towed off the property? She has been aware of the need to handle this since June 24th and we have already multiple conversations via text message indicating the need to address this. I gave this wednesday as the deadline. Any advisement appreciated.

@David Medina. Google is my only suggestion. I remember this happening to me once but it had only been sitting there for maybe a week. I called the tenant and it was gone two days later. This was an inherited tenant on a new-to-me unit. When the truck was gone 2 days later that told me this tenant wants to stay. Perhaps yours is ready to be made to move on.

In my state if I remember correctly you’ve done everything right and can call a tow truck at this point and get rid of it. Read your lease and google your laws.

If you get rid of the truck I’d plan to start getting rid of the tenant.
