Self management or management company

I’m about to close on my first investment property it’s a Duplex on the Minneapolis southwest meto as this is my first one, would you recommend going with professional management or self management? Pros? Cons? Thanks!!

@Andy Diaz Opinion time. Self manage this thing until you have so many of them that you can pay someone to do a worse job than you. Aka property management.
