What time of year is best to buy rental property?

I'm looking to get into rental and want to buy a single family house to rent out. I know that peak rental season is during summer, and most lease are one year long. Since summer is almost over, should I wait until spring to buy? So that I will have more people looking to rental when I have the property.

@Wai Cheng There’s always going to be people that need a place to live regardless of the time of year. I wouldn’t let that hold you back from looking or buying.
