Discrimitory if only rent out by rooms.

Just a quick question for anyone with experience. Is it against fair house if I put up and ad targeted towards renting by room only. I already have a female college student living in one room. I have a single house that I want to rent out by room. Preferably female since there is already a female living in there. How would I phrase the ad. Thank you.

Fair housing allows you to advertise preferences for roommates ,like female ,etc . The language cannot be discriminatory.
