A church wants to rent out my apartment, What does the application process look like in that case as well as the contract?

@Cathy Alvarado Welcome to BP. I would follow the normal process. Regular application and lease; be just as thorough as you usually are about credit and background. Also the exact nature of use, residential use only, has to be stated and approved; and anyone who stays on your property you are to be notified, and they are to be be approved by you. Anyone who will live in the premises gets background checked and signs a lease. And the church stays liable for rent and damages just like anyone else. That is all spelled out in most regular leases anyway. All the best!
