Eviction following 14 day notice in Wisconsin

In Wisconsin, if 14 day notice is given, is there a window of time after the 14 days,  in which you must file the eviction with the courts before the 14 day notice "expires" and you have to provide a "new" notice? If I don't accept any rent, can I choose to start the eviction 28, 38 days out so long as no rent is accepted?

Thank you.
