Real Estate Investment Calculations
I haven't been able to find a real estate investment calculator that covers everything that I need to factor in, and I'd like to hire someone to do the calculations for me, but I don't know what type of person I'd need to hire and/or who would be willing to take on a small one-time job like that for me. I've tried figuring it out for myself but it's way too complicated, especially once you start trying to factor in taxes. Also my math is terrible. Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
