I stumbled upon a possible rental property opportunity. I was looking into using a property managment company to manage it for me. Any suggestions for a first time investor on some good qualified companies I should interview? Thank you

@Jerry Pierce I see it is your fist post so welcome to BP.  Perhaps someone from your area will post but property managers vary tremendously in quality. Some areas simply do not have good property managers.

Hi Jerry, I recommend interviewing a couple of property managers. Look at their company reviews. You will want to choose someone that is making sure they are taking care of your home. Good Luck! :)
