Adding a 2nd adult to lease
My tenant wants to add her girlfriend but she says. She says her girlfriend had bad credit because her mom added her to lease without knowing and failed to pay. For that reason, her girlfriend doesn't want to be added to lease. What would you do? This is in Montgomery County, MD.
