Property tax Marion county Indianapolis

Hi,

As an investor in Marion county Indianapolis, I should pay 2% property tax based on the value of the property. For some reason for all of my properties it looks that I pay almost 3%.. and all of my properties SFH . What do I miss?

Thank you

Aviv

Always file3 appeals each year. You may be very happily surprised . Remember the % is not on purchase price but on Assessed value. Those can be 2 completely separate amounts. There are services who will file for you at a fee of a percent of savings.
