Rental home carpet replacement
Hi all,
Our tenant has recently vacated. They have rented our home for 4 years and we have good relationship.
They had 2 cats and now the carpet smells like cat pee. The carpet area is approv 350sq ft.
Need suggestions on how to proceed now:
1. Should we replace the carpet and bill the tenant? or pay ourselves?
2. Steam wash and rent it out to the next tenant?
