Delay In Wire Transfer Rent Money

Please help. We're completely new to REI & not sure what to expect.

When should we expect our PM to transfer our first month of rent? 

Is it normal that the process takes longer in the first month? 

Follow-up with PM couple times & they said that they're working on it. 

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
