Hi all -- my husband and I currently self-manage our rental properties. What ways have you found to efficiently track both routine (e.g. replace filters, connect with tenants, check gutters...) and new maintenance requests? Looking for an efficient process that my husband and I can implement, that we can both see/edit, so we're always on the same page. We use Cozy but unfortunately tenants see all tasks created. I use my google calendar.
Google calendar. It's just two of you and a small number of rentals so create an email account and calendar that you both share. Keep all rental-related correspondence and information in that account so it's accessible by both of you.
If you have something in your shared calendar that you want on your personal, invite your personal account to the appointment and it will show on your personal calendar, as well.
