I do not but would be very interested in finding out about any that are available.

@Dakisha S.  There are just smaller mom & pop companies there. What are you looking for in a management company?

Yes. Park Place Properties is open to managing properties outside of their ownership. They manage around 200 of their own units.

Additionally, I am willing to manage properties outside of my ownership. I currently own and manage 10 of my own units, 2 single family homes and 1 eight unit complex.
