Month to month rental contract

I furnished one of my three bedroom units and im going to try renting out each bedroom on a month to month lease.  Does anyone have a month to month contract they are willing to share or maybe point me to one on this site?

Hello Casey, 

Before becoming a Realtor I used Law Depot to create my lease with my tenants in NJ. This was about 2 years ago so I am not sure if the requirements are the same, but they had a free-trial period so you had to put a credit card on file to have the document created. Before that period is up just make sure to cancel your account if you don't feel you would need any further documents.
