Tenant’s Bank Account Seized by IRS

Tenant claims their bank accounts were seized by IRS and money was garnished for back taxes. A couple rent payments were already late. This will be the third time the rent is late since the money garnished was the tenant’s entire paycheck.

Any ideas what to do about this situation? Property is under management and I’m being asked how to respond. What are my options?

Proceed with the same process you have for any tenant that does not pay rent in full or on time.
