Hi all!

Curious to know for those who reply, what systems are you using that truly help your RE business?

-Systems to improve your deal flow

-Systems to help with asset management

-Project management

-Certain programs, apps, checklists, policies/procedures... etc

Anything you have tried that hasnt worked well for you.

Hoping someone’s reply will spark an idea for us to improve our business.

Thank you!

(We are still in the beginning phases, we own a 5 unit and are working towards repositioning this asset, adding an additional unit to it as well. Looking for adding 10-20 units this coming year. Multifamily apartments.)

1 bank account, 1 umbrella policy, 1 LLC, Dropbox, mobile phone, beat up Ford Ranger, Cozy, MyZillow, and contractor team. Best is this great gadget called a wife that handles all utility and HOA matters.
