BP Landlord Forms by State
Has anyone used the BiggerPockets landlord forms for your state? Do you think these are thorough and all inclusive of the types of protection you would want for yourself as a landlord? Or do you think BiggerPockets should do more to improve them, based on the bountiful knowledge presented in BiggerPockets property management books?
