Addendum for New Owner

I'm selling my condo that has an existing Lease.  The tenants will remain in the condo for the length of their lease, but I need to write an addendum stating who the new owner is, etc.  Do my tenants have to sign the addendum?  Also, what should I state specifically in my addendum?
