What do you have in your SFH rental properties ?
When you have an investment property SFH on the market to rent, how do you rent it out? (
Do you have it Fully furnished? Do you turn all the utilities on or have them do it? Do you change furniture when tenets change? What does the ideal rental property look like on the inside for you?
