Cozy Webinar from 2016

So I have a handful of properties and am getting ready to self manage a 4 plex that I'm yet to close on. I know a tenant is moving out next month, so I have to hit the ground running. I have several books on self managing, including Brandon's.

I stumbled across this youtube video yesterday and found it just as informative about tenant screening as any of the books, but it also went on to talk about Cozy. It wasn't a sales webinar, but I found it for me, a newly active landlord or about to be, really informative.

I hope I'm not breaking the law here, but I'm gonna post a link to it. Especially because I saw some negativity regarding a post querying Cozy's reputation on BBB. Anyway, I'm not affiliated to any business that deals in real estate or peripheral type businesses. I just feel this may help someone out, which is what this forum's about, isn't it?

Here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYmxh1RHov8

Best,

Mike
