How do you househack your first property?
I have just recently purchased my first ever property! It’s a 3bd 2ba condo and looking to househack and rent out the other 2 rooms. I have a lot of friends and people I can ask, however, what is the correct way to go about this?
Do I need a lawyer to write up a lease for me? What else would I need to do to have roommates legally move in?
Again this is my first ever property so these will be my first ever tenants so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
