Screening - Cozy (New York Landlord Laws)

Have any Cozy users in New York State found a good system to deal with the new NY Landlord/Tenant laws surrounding Background Check / Credit Check rates?  The state now caps us at $20 total.  I know that there are other products, but it is nice to have everything within the same system.  I have reached out to Cozy to get their take.  I have not heard back

@Lynnette E. I use the Tellus rental app to manage mine and it has a free tenant screening feature. It's a comprehensive report that covers a lot more than just a person's credit and criminal history.
