Compensation for checking on rehab project
My husband and I just closed on our first SFR and are going to BRRRR it. We live across the country so can't do regular checks on our contractor. Was wondering what a fair compensation would be to have our Real Estate Agent or PM go by once a week, take pictures and report back to us on progress? Thank you.
